- Armenia: Added the city of Vanadzor (Վանաձոր), expanding the map into this region with detailed landscapes and roads.

- Azerbaijan: Introduced several new cities, including Alat (Ələt), Hajigabul (Hacıqabul), Kurdamir (Kürdəmir), Mingachevir (Mingəçevir), Yevlakh (Yevlax), and Zaqatala (Закатала), bringing more of the Caucasus region into ETS2.

- Georgia: Expanded with new cities such as Marneuli (მარნეული), Rustavi (რუსთავი), Tbilisi South (თბილისი), and Telavi (თელავი), enhancing the Georgian road network.

- Macedonia: Merged and updated Bitola (Битола) for improved integration with surrounding areas.

- Greece: Improved existing areas like Kórinthos (Κόρινθος) and Pátras (Πάτρα), along with enhancements to the A8 motorway and the Río-Antírrion ferry connection.

- Romania: Added Oradea, an A0 bypass, and an A3 border extension, enriching the Romanian landscape.

- Ukraine: Introduced the P15 route connecting Novovolynsk (Нововолинськ) to Lviv (Львів), adding new driving options in western Ukraine.

- Germany: Updated signage around the Berliner Ring to reflect real-world accuracy and improve navigation.

- Slovenia: Rebuilt the Ljubljana highway ring, offering a more detailed and realistic urban driving experience.

- General Improvements: Various Schengen border areas have been adjusted to reflect current geopolitical realities, enhancing cross-border travel immersion.
