Distancing Camera for Ets2 1.30.x game version

Features:

Sometimes it happens that the external camera is very close to the trailer and this

interferes with playing from the external camera.

This mod distancings the outer chamber (key "2") from the trailer.
Tested in game version 1.30.x.
