Scania dashboard computer v 3.9 for Ets2 1.25.x game version

Features:

- Scania Board computer now include engine brake indicator when you press "B" key.
- Added new 1.25 feature cruise control active indicator.
- Added own sound for board computer start, low fuel warning event and damage warning event.
- Support both RJL Series 5 and 6 (RJL notification)

*Changed white colors intensive and fixed some parameters position.
