A great addition added to the game American Truck Simulator is Mod Desert Truck Map for 1.46.x game version, which can be downloaded for free and without registration. You can also see other maps from the category Maps for American Truck Simulator or go to the main section ATS mods.

Desert Truck Map - introducing Desert Truck 1.0, drive in 1:1 scale the 580km (360 mile) route through the desert from Tucson to Las Vegas. Wonder at the vast emptiness of Arizona and Nevada on your ~5.5 hour (real time) journey along a totally flat and pretty much straight road with no junctions or scenery. Unlike Desert Bus, your truck handles well, but the road itself has many slight turns requiring constant adjustments on the steering - so don't worry cruise control won't be saving you much pain. Start in Tucson and head north west for hours on end to reach Las Vegas and realise you will never get that time back.

Features Desert Truck Map:

- standalone map;

- scale 1:1 (580km (360 mile);

- requires a new profile and select "desert.mbd" as the playing module;

- Requires DLC: Oregon, Washington, Idaho;

- map is inspired from the game Desert Bus;

- long road to drive.

Changes in v2.0.46:
- Adapted to the latest game patch 1.46;
- New 'city': Peeples Valley;
- Improved road quality.
