Motion Blur Mod v1.2 for GTA 5 game. Simple tweak to enable motion blur effect.
Installation:
0. Get OpenIV from here: https://openiv.com/
1. Unpack mod files anywhere you want.
2. Check out included screenshots, and choose preset you like.
3. Import selected "timecycle_mods_1.xml" into \update\update.rpf\common\data\timecycle\
4. Done. Enjoy!

1.1 - 5 new presets, added better screenshots, extended readme file.
1.2 -Updated for the latest patch.
Updated for latest patch again. Also i keep version number for this mod unchanged, cuz it's not needed imo. Future updates without any significant changes will be silent, to keep this description clean.
Extra stuff, notes, etc:
- Motion blur effect will work ONLY with 3rd person camera mode.
- PostFX quality must be set to High, or higher.
