Additional Map Types v1.0.0.4 for Farming Simulator 2017

After several days of waiting, here is now the first release of AdditionalMapTypes with which you can

in this place their brief explanations about the individual settings, thereby I have largely limited myself

to those which were added by the new LS17.

New Version 1.0.0.4
FruitType conversion added for chopping.
Entries, textures, material holders and TioOnGround for millet, mixed grain and spelled.
Textures for TipOnGround for the FillTypes Sand, Compost, Seed geb. Kalk added

Tested on game version 1.3.0, 1.3.1
