No Damage mod v3.0 for Ats 1.6.x game version

With the latest patch the damage data has been moved into it's own file

(damage_data.sii)instead of being in the game_data.sii file.

Which means anyno damage mods for older versions will no longer work.
This mod patches the new files so you no longer take any damage.

Tested on 1.6.x game version
