AI Realistic lights v1.6 for 1.28.x game version

There have been people asking for some more lighting at night, so I've modified that to begin with.

More changes down in the description.

Changes in new version:

- Removed HD files. (Now the mod weighs a lot less)

- Compatible with Grime's weather mods (Thanks Grime) ;) for the recommendation)

- Greater illumination in the nocturnal hours (by general request)

- Added and modeled all general lighting files of the game.
