Fix v1.0 for Poland Rebuilding Reworked v2.2 for Ets2 1.31.x game version

This "Fix" correcting several bugs on map
Remember. Fix is inteded only for version 2.2 of map.

New Changelog:

- Fixed textures of bombardier trains
- Fixed Pospeed in Stargard
- Fixed collision in country border in Grzechotki
- Fixed spawn of random events in many places on map
- Fixed Katowice license plates
