This "Fix" correcting several bugs on map
Remember. Fix is inteded only for version 2.2 of map.

- Fixed textures of bombardier trains
- Fixed Pospeed in Stargard
- Fixed collision in country border in Grzechotki
- Fixed spawn of random events in many places on map
- Fixed Katowice license plates
