US-95 (Yuma-Quartzsite) rework (for 1.32);

Remodeled route between Yuma-Quartzsite, new destination for truckers to load under Yuma town.

New version 1.1 of US-95 updated to 1.32.3s

I've made two options, USE ONLY ONE, read carefully;

Standalone version, not compatible with Viva Mexico (due proximity of a sector in Mexicali city)
