As some of you may or may not know, the scaling channel does not work in Source, however there is a way around it. Just so people are not confused, no I am not talking about the $scale QC parameter, nor the modelscale input. I am talking about the Channel keyframes when animating a model in blender I will be putting the .blend and .mdl files I made so you can take a good look for yourself.
Note: Requires a good chunk of knowledge with blender to understand how I did it
Gist: Instead of using a single bone to scale a model, I placed multiple bones on all the axis points and use location keyframing to "extend" the model its attached to.
Side-effects:
-May only work with symmetrical models.
-Some times the bounding box is inaccurate but that's not much of a worry.
