Daniels Roadwork Detours Mod v1.0 (1.37.x) for Euro Truck Simulator 2 game

The first version will improve the existing detour accident scenes and the second

version will completely replace the existing detour scenes with roadwork detour scenes.

Changes in v1.0

Some of the changes i have made to the detour scenes include:
- Replaced the cone tapers with tapers of the roadwork barrier signs.
- Increased length of the tapers.
- Removed the police cars and fire trucks from being behind the cone tapers.
- Added highways vans with beacons and flashing arrows on top to the scenes.
