A great addition added to the game American Truck Simulator is Mod Wind Noise Mod by Zeemod for 1.37.x game version, which can be downloaded for free and without registration. Wind Noise Mod - Introducing a realistic representation of wind noises. As you roll along at 60MPH, you'll hear the wind whistling around the cab through a bad seal in the window. Too hot? Opening the window, at that speed, creates that typical rush of air trying to get through the small gap.
I've designed it so that it doesn't become annoying and is mostly heard at higher speeds. It also works very well with my engine sound packs.
In the options menu, the "interior sound volume" slider will control the volume of this mod.
