Road connection Promods 2.45 + Roextended Map v.2 (1.36.x) for Euro Truck Simulator 2

New version 2 for Promods map 2.45 and Roextended Map (v2.2 or v2.5) road connection for 1.36.x game version
Both Versions are compatible with Promods 2.45 using this UNIVERSAL road connection

Changes in New Version 2:
-eliminated country conflicts
-fixed Promods ukrainean police car (almost)
-fixed ukrainean license plates
-doesn`t matter where is positioned in relation with russian road connection anymore

Tested on 1.36.x game version
