Download program CP77 Tools - Modding Tool v1.5.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 game.
CP77 Tools - the first unofficial toolkit has been released, which will allow you to create modifications to the game and change internal files in every possible way. With its help you can decrypt some of the packed files, as well as unpack them. The tools are a command-line app - that means you need to call it from Command Prompt with arguments.

Installation:
- Download and unzip the archive
- Find the file "oo2ext_7_win64.dll" in Cyberpunk 2077 \ bin \ x64 \ oo2ext_7_win64.dll
- Move it to your unpacked archive
