The map retains its iconic rolling hills, varied terrain, and rural charm while introducing modern elements like updated textures, new production facilities, and expanded customization options.

- 21 Purchasable Fields: Field sizes range from 0.98 ha to 20.28 ha, offering a mix of small and large plots suitable for varied farming operations.
- 60 Farmlands: Provides ample space for expansion, placeables, and custom farm designs.
- Varied Terrain: Features rolling hills and updated terrain textures for a visually appealing and realistic farming environment.
- Multiple water retrieval sources, including the ability to build your own pond, fill up at a lake, or use water towers scattered across the map. This aligns with FS25’s expanded water mechanics.
- New Factories: Includes a Spinnery Factory and Dairy Factory (added in updates, requiring a new game for full integration). These support FS25’s production chains, allowing players to process crops and livestock products.
- Adjusted Sales Points: Updated points like Silo Oeste, Spinnery, Dairy, Farmers Market, and Uncle Peter Restaurant, with fixes for issues like bale selling.
