- The manure storage area is now operational on the main farm.
- Milk production for Holstein and Swiss Brown cows has been adjusted: has been reduced from 27 months to 20 months.
- The "flood" pond at the main farm's outlet has been removed.
- Many buildings, fences, and farmhouses are now available for sale
