MGS4 Frog Players Skin v1.0 for CS:GO game.
I forgot I had this on my PC. This is a port of the Frog Units from Hideo Kojima's Game, Metal Gear Solid 4. In this package contains several variants of the FROGS as well as First Person Hands for viewmodels!
You won't be able to use these clientsided, but servers are free to put them in their servers.
