Farmer Bob Truck v2.0 for Farming Simulator 2017

Added visible plow mount and lined up attacher with visible plow mount.

Be careful when moving the camera down, if you make the camera hit the ground

the camera will snap to a position showing the underside of the truck and

you will have to reset the truck in order to fix the camera.
