Traffic for Romanian Extended Map v1.1 in Ets2 1.30.x game version

Now you can add what traffic pack do you want (or not), and the Romanian specific vehicle will show up !!!!!
Added specific (romanian chars) to city names.

Features:

- police cars were returned with a reduced frequency of appearance and reduced intensity of the beacon flashing;
- added Romanian ambulance as a city car (with a beacon and a siren);
- all urban vehicles appear only inside the city;
- low probability of density between police cars;
- increase traffic density in the city.
