Installation Instructions Map Builder Mod:

Download the Map Builder Mod attachment from this post.
Start OpenIV with Edit Mode enabled
Drag the downloaded attachment (.oiv) into OpenIV.
Click Install* in the package installer window.
Select "mods" folder in the next window.
Click here for FiveM Installation Instructions.
Installed. (contact with any issues.)
