The RS-1 Regioshuttle comes in 4 variants – Regio DB, ODEG, and two fictional ‘Seebergbahn’ versions, one with a chain coupler, the other with a scharfenberg coupler.
They appear in the various menus prefixed with “CT” – for example “CT Stadler RS1 ODEG”
