A great addition added to the game American Truck Simulator is Mod Realistic Environment for 1.36.x game version, which can be downloaded for free and without registration. You can also see other fashion from the category Other mods for American Truck Simulator or go to the main section ATS mods.

This mod desaturates and removes some of the brightness from the terrain, grass, rocks and vegetation in the original 3 states of ATS to give a more realistic look to the game. SCS employed desaturation techniques in New Mexico and Oregon so no changes are made to specific textures for those states.

Compatible with all maps.
