NPCs Change Clothes - is designed to enhance the game's immersion by introducing dynamic clothing changes for non-player characters (NPCs). The time between outfit changes is dependent upon the cell resetting, which by default is 7 days, which is controlled by the iHoursToRespawnCell game setting. The randomization is accomplished by using leveled list items for the default outfit in many cases where a specific item was defined. It will not touch companions or special characters with unique clothing, and since this only affects the default outfits, should not cause any issues if you give an NPC a specific item to wear.

Features NPCs Change Clothes:
- Clothing Variation: NPCs will switch to different default outfits from their leveled list items when the cell they are in resets. This mod does not affect companions or NPCs with unique clothing, ensuring that special characters retain their specific attire.
- Game Mechanics: The time between outfit changes is tied to the cell reset timer, which by default is 7 days, controlled by the iHoursToRespawnCell game setting. This setting can be adjusted through a new MCM (Mod Configuration Menu) option introduced in version 1.1.
- Mods that alter NPC clothing might have overlapping effects, potentially leading to some clothes being more common than others based on load order.
