Simple mod that removes animals from the witness types. Standalone from my police rebalance mod. Don't use this if you already have that. Already included.
Stops animals reporting crime, now you can stealth kill in the desert without worry.

---Install---
1. Navigate to "update\update.rpf" Make a backup.
2. Use OpenIV and navigate to "update\update.rpf\common\data\ai"
3. Add witnessinformation.meta
4. Rebuild Update.rpf via OpenIV.
