Hello and Welcome! :-) This mod unlocks front door of your players house in the intro (Pre-War) to allow you to explore outside the house before the bombs fall and destroy everything precious :P
Installation instructions:
Unzip the .esp to C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\fallout 4\Data
Open a File Explorer Window, go to %LocalAppData%\Fallout4\plugins.txt and add OWExplore.esp to the bottom of the list. This will have to suffice until a new Mod Manager is made for FO4. Sorry.
Launch the game and have fun! :-)
