Fixed Weather 2.5 (second fix) for ETS2

Features:
- Corrected sun lighting.
- Weather mid summer.
- Corrected fog effect.
- Darker night.
- Corrected colors skyboxes at morning and tonight.

Added in second fix:

- Nobloom fix is in the mod.

*It’s graphics and weather mod, so others graphics mods will be uncompatible.
