Milano Tunnel Fix for ProMods Map 2.43 (1.36.x) in Euro Truck Simulator 2 game

In ProMods 2.43, there is an error in northern Milan where an invisible

wall blocks the tunnel leading to Trasporti Mediterraneo

This has been fixed by ProMods for the upcoming version, but that could very well be weeks

away from release, and it is impossible to complete any delivery to Trasporti Mediterraneo with

this barrier blocking the tunnel. (Additionally, the tunnel is so narrow that if you wanted to cancel

delivery, you cannot turn around, and backing out is extremely difficult.)

And so, until the next release comes around, here is a small patch to remove this barrier and

allow you to travel through the tunnel. Make sure it is a higher priority in your load order than all ProMods files.
