3. Extract the archive into the Cyberpunk 2077 installation directory
You should have
<Cyberpunk 2077>/r6/scripts/CyberwareExHOW TO USECyberware-EX integrates into the Ripperdoc and Hub > Cyberware menus.
EXPANSION MODEIn expansion mode slots are tied to character development, and can be unlocked by investing in corresponding perks.
When hovering the cursor over the desired cyberware slot, a tooltip with information about the required perk appears.
Default configuration adds only 1 extra Operating System slot.
EXTENDED MODEThe extended mode works the same way as expansion mods, but adds 10 new slots in different categories
To activate this mode, install corresponding addon from optional files.
OVERRIDE MODEThe override mode changes the way you acquire new slots.
When visiting Ripperdoc you can buy new slots for 10000 eddies and reset all slots to defaults for 5000 eddies.
The action hints are shown at the bottom right corner when you move cursor over the existing cyberware slots.
To activate this mode, install corresponding addon from optional files.
Even though you can add more slots of almost all types, some cyberware combinations may not work as expected.
ACTIVATING ABILITIESIf you have more than 1 active ability, they all will be activated at the same time by hotkey.
It's not possible to assign different hotkeys for different abilities.
CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONYou can create your own configuration to add only slots you want.
In optional fiels you can find two configuration templates: one for expansion mode and one for override mode.
To enable custom configuration you have to just download it from optional files, install and edit it.
Your custom configuration will not be overwritten on mod updates and doesn't require re-activation.
It will be used as long as configuration file is present in mod directory.
CONSOLE COMMANDSYou can use CET console to add and remove slots for free, and to reset .
CyberwareEx.ResetSlot(area)
Resets slots to default count for given cyberware area.
CyberwareEx.ResetAllSlots()
Resets slots to default count for all cyberware areas.
CyberwareEx.UpgradeSlot(area)
In Override Mode, unlocks one extra slot for given cyberware area.
CyberwareEx.UpgradeAllSlotsToMax()
In Override Mode, unlocks all extra slots for all cyberware areas.
